- How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
- If the damage is limited — a few cracked tiles, lifted shingles, or one failed flashing detail — a repair is usually the right call. Replacement makes more sense when the underlayment beneath the tile has aged out, when leaks keep returning in different spots, or when the roof is near the end of its service life. We inspect the roof free of charge and tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
- How much does a roof inspection cost?
- Nothing. Our roof inspections are free and carry no obligation. We look at the roof, explain what we find in plain terms, and give you a written, itemized estimate only if work is needed.
- How quickly should storm damage be inspected?
- As soon as it's safe to look. After monsoon wind or hail, damage is often invisible from the ground — a lifted tile or a cracked flashing seam can sit for weeks before the next storm pushes water through it. Getting the roof inspected and documented soon after the storm also keeps your evidence fresh if you decide to file an insurance claim.
- Do you repair tile roofs?
- Yes. Tile repair is a large part of what we do in Arizona — cracked and slipped tiles, foot-traffic breakage, solar-mount penetrations, and the underlayment underneath, which is what actually keeps water out once the sun has baked it for two decades.
- Do you offer financing or payment plans?
